Dane is the clubs Youth Team and Academy Manager, who also works full time as Football Development Officer for the clubs Community Arm, The Cambrian Village Trust. Dane holds a UEFA "B" License qualification and was a previous Youth team captain, first team player and Reserve team player.

Phil played for the club during the 1980s and is instrumental to the clubs success. He formed the clubs trading arm and is heavily involved with the running of the club. Phil works tiredlessly to improve the ground and facilities and attract sponsorship for the teams.
