Terry became chairman of the club in 2008 and is also President of the clubs community arm - THe Cambrian Village Trust. Terry is a keen supporter of Cambrian, having grown up in the area during the war.

Phil played for the club during the 1980s and is instrumental to the clubs success. He formed the clubs trading arm and is heavily involved with the running of the club. Phil works tiredlessly to improve the ground and facilities and attract sponsorship for the teams.
