If you read the report on the Welshleague website it will give you a true reflection of the game.. Missed chances and laps of concentration cost us.. That said credit to Caldicot they didn’t stop from the get go and showed real determination and commitment to get the all important win.. However we need to dust ourselves down and prepare for the visit of Bridgend on Friday night...

Caldicot seemed to sit back a little at the beginning of the match and Cambrian looked quite good, when Caldicot moved up and the strikers came forward Cambrian just didn't handle the pressure very well.
When Caldicot got two goals at the end of the first half they were then happy to sit back and made it hard for Cambrian to be affective coming forward. The chances Cam did have were not taken.
The changes made to the team were ineffective, looking back to some of the wins may show a more affective team formation/selection.

Was you at the game then Ryan? I need to try and make a real attempt to get to games more often to support the boys. I get your point about being ineffective but according to everything I have read so far cam should have had something from the game? Was it just the quality that let them down? Looking back at the games as you said, I see Cam scored 16 goals in 4 games with more or less the same team so do you think it was a one off? As I see it Cam have made a few new signings so that makes it more difficult to pick the starting 11. There are quality players sat on the bench who have been in the team for most of the season Dane Williams/Scott Seldon/Chris Ingram and I bet these players are not happy but I suppose with game coming thick and fast now it will become more of a squad thing with teams changing week to week. Interesting one for you being a fan like myself what team would you play and why?

I was at the game, after seeing Cam have such a good start to the season I guess we expect to see that good form continue and someone always gets the blame when results don't go your way.
I agree: I quote "Dane Williams/Scott Seldon/Chris Ingram" are quality players, bringing in new players and starting them straight off may upset those who have been at Cam a long time.
I would personally feel a little pushed out of the team finding myself on the bench but, new players will pressure the current into performing better and trying harder to keep their position maybe.
Lets see how it goes Saturday will be a hard match.
